Semuc Champey - One of the most beautiful places!

Hi!

So we have been a little delayed between posts as internet cafes and time is limited. But here are some images from one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen. It is Semuc Champey located in central Guatemala. A little difficult to get to, but unbelievable once there. There is a river, Rio Cahabon which runs down through caves just below this wonderland of pristine limestone pools above. The pools are all wonderfully warm and clear. We will post some more images of these later as Pat just couldn't stop taking pictures (between swims that is).

We are now back in the US for some friends' wedding and then we leave to Nepal and India soon!

Our time in Guatemala was wonderful and we will indeed need to go back. Our Spanish was coming along nicely and one more month would have us conversing in full style.

Much love,

pat & mollie
